Withdrawal requests on UFA888 are processed subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:
UFA888 offers various promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer activation. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the UFA888 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential legal action where applicable:

All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on UFA888 are certified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and are not a guarantee of any specific outcome for individual play sessions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game disconnection, or system error during a game session, UFA888 will review available transaction logs and may at its discretion either void the affected round or process it as recorded by the server-side log, whichever is most equitable given the circumstances.
All content on the UFA888 Platform, including but not limited to the UFA888 brand name, logos, trademarks, graphic designs, software architecture, game interfaces, written content, and multimedia assets, is the exclusive intellectual property of UFA888 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No portion of the UFA888 Platform's content may be reproduced, copied, distributed, publicly displayed, reverse-engineered, or used in any derivative work without the prior written consent of UFA888. Any unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may be subject to civil and criminal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UFA888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from: game outcomes, technical failures, delays in payment processing, unauthorised account access due to Player negligence, or reliance on information published on the Platform.
UFA888 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis without warranty of uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary service unavailability, for which we shall have no liability to Players.

UFA888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering suspicion, provision of false identity information, abuse of promotional offers, or conduct that UFA888 determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its player community.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting UFA888 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable pending wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
In cases of account suspension pending investigation, UFA888 will communicate the status of the investigation to the affected Player within a reasonable timeframe. Where an investigation results in a finding of fraudulent conduct, UFA888 reserves the right to retain the account balance as partial compensation for losses incurred by the Platform and reserves all rights to pursue further legal remedies.
UFA888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file, or through a notification displayed upon login prior to acceptance. Non-material changes, such as corrections to typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter Player rights or obligations, may be applied without prior notice.
The version of these Terms published on the Platform at any given time shall constitute the current operative version. It is your responsibility to periodically review this page to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the notification period constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which UFA888 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding the existence, validity, interpretation, or termination of this Agreement, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitral tribunals of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect. The severed provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original.
